About

Hi! I am Liz and fifteen years ago, I adopted a plant-based diet and I have not looked back..


I struggled for years with the pain and discomfort of acid reflux, and eating plant based not only cured this condition but allowed me to get off prescription medications. I eat an abundance of foods that keep me strong, and I maintain a healthy weight without ever feeling hungry or counting calories.

Movement is an integral part of my life and I have been practicing and teaching for over 15 years. Pilates and Yoga, together with a Whole Food Plant-Based diet has helped me stay healthy in both mind and body and, as I enter my sixties, I feel the best is yet to come! I am a Stott Trained Pilates Instructor, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200hr), and have completed the Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator certification with Mainstreet Vegan Academy in NYC.

I want to share a toolkit to help you with your plant-based journey and to guide and encourage you to move your body in a way that is both achievable and enjoyable. My mission is to support and encourage you to feel empowered to make real and lasting changes in your life.


Mini Retreats

This retreat is designed to provide individuals with the necessary tools and guidance to begin their journey towards a healthy lifestyle.

You can customize your retreats based on your specific needs or occasion.

Mini Retreats include yoga, pilates, plant-based interactive talk and plant-based snacks. The duration and schedule can change based on you requirements.

Coaching

My coaching services consists of four one hour sessions with a comprehensive handout containing tips, strategies, recipes and other resources to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Whether clients are individuals or small groups, they can expect personalized attention and support tailored to their unique needs. These coaching services can help clients achieve their goals and create a healthy lifestyle that works for them.

With my coaching services, you do not need to invest a large amount of time to it, as I provide a kick-start to your plant-based eating in a simple, but effective way.

Move

I offer a wide range of work-outs that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to take control of your physical and mental well-being. I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

I currently teach Pilates & Reformer classes at iGita Yoga Studios located at 467 Speers Road, 2nd Floor, Oakville ON, as well as private sessions at my home studio. Please see the iGita dates below to attend one of my classes, or please send me an email if you’re interested in a private at-home session.
